Our culinary journey began with a devotion to the vibrant flavors of the Himalayas and the rich spices of India. For us, it wasn't ever just about opening a restaurant; it was about honoring cultural heritage as well as sharing authentic traditions.
This singular vision has proudly grown across three distinct locations, yet the soul remains unchanged. Nepa first established this benchmark two years ago. Noe Indian Cuisine expanded that footprint, weaving those flavors into a new neighborhood. Now, Timur stands as the latest evolution of my mission.
Each kitchen possesses its own unique rhythm, but they all pulse with the exact same heartbeat. Three kitchens, one mission. I invite you to explore them all and taste the shared history binding them all beautifully together.
